Wise Industrial Company Limited is an integrated design and manufacture company specialized in the development and production of plastic products and toolings. We have been established for more than 30 years. We have two manufacturing plants in China, One is located in Dongguan in Guangdong Province. The other one is a newly built facility in Dayu in Jiangxi Province. Together, both facilities provide a combined manufacturing area of more than 300,000 square feet, with 61 injection molding machines, plus a range of mold making equipment. Our mission is to support our customer to meet their expectations in quality, delivery and costs through continuous improvements and customer interactions, in the development and production of products and toolings. To conduct our business as a responsible social corporation, we have taken measures to meet with the requirements of the BSCI ( Business Social Compliance Initiative), and had been passed by them in their audit. We are also ISO 14001 certified.

Our Services ：

　　We can provide full services for manufacture of products. From a conceptual idea of our customer, we can prepare engineering designs. Based on the approved design, we can then proceed to prototyping and tooling, pilot run and full production. For parts which are too bulky for shipment, we can build the molds, test run them, and then ship the molds to our customers for molding at their place.

Quality Control ：

　　We apply modern management concepts in the daily operation of our factory. We believe in quality first and acquired the ISO9001 certification. We have dedicated quality controllers in each shift. Quantity, frequency of inspection and standards are established at quality meetings before production commences. Only quality approved assemblies and parts are shipped to the customer (please refer to the attached production flow chart).

Material Used ：

　　Apart from ordinary plastic material s such as ABS, PS, PE and PP, we use a lot of engineering plastic materials. These include Nylon6 & 66, acetal, PC, PC/ABS alloy, PET, PMMA, PU, PPS and PBT etc.

Delivery：

　　Our export is handled in our Hong Kong office, which can guarantee timely and accurate delivery in more convenient conditions.

　　We provided a high-quality environment for our employees, which includes our own dormitory, canteen, a basketball court, recreational area and a training room.
